VHT - FlameProof Coating - 11oz
VHT FlameProof is a proprietary blend of ceramic and silicone chips originally engineered for NASA's use on space bound and atmospheric re-entry spacecraft. When applied to metallic or other heat-stable surfaces, this sophisticated coating remains impervious to extreme temperatures (up to 1500°F), which other silicone and ceramic coatings cannot withstand on a continuous basis. This extremely unique coating is a matte finish that is capable of withstanding very high temperatures. Used extensively in the automotive and aerospace fields to coat exhaust systems, turbo housings, piston domes and exhaust valves.
